Insurance Requirement: $1mil/$2mil general liability with the school district as an additional insured on the policy.
Click on "request rental" to create and submit an application for the Cafeteria. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 14 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 12/31/2025.
2. Wait for approval.

3. Review and accept the terms.
If your rental is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal rental agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your rental is confirmed and you are set for your event.
